Memorial Rides

Each time a cyclist is killed in traffic in Frankfurt, we try to get in touch with their relatives or friends, and set up a ghost bike at the place of their death. This happens either during the annual Ride of Silence or as a separate memorial ride. Of course, we do not set up a ghost bike if that is against the will of the cyclist’s relatives.

The rides are announced on this website, on social media, via the press, and the e-mail newsletter of the ADFC Frankfurt. That newsletter is free of charge and only sent when needed.
